Tax Nanny Payroll Services - Nanny Payslips
This agreement can be cancelled without penalty within 7 days from the date of submission of  the employer registration form provided that commencement of services have not began before the end of the cancellation period. (the production of the first payslip has been effectual)

Thereafter this contract may be terminated by either party giving the other party ONE month's notice of termination in writing. The contract will terminate automatically if the renewal fee is not paid within 30 days of account expiry.

If Tax Nanny Payroll Services terminate the contract, a pro rata rebate will be awarded to the Employer. There are no rebates applicable for early termination made by the Employer at anytime of either the annual service or the minimum 3 months pays as you go option.

Sleepnannies - E-Book A full refund is available at anytime, prior to being notified by email or telephone of the unlock key. Once the unlock key has been issued, no refunds are available

Sleepnannies - Baby weaning and baby feeding website subscription A full refund is available at anytime, prior to using your login details on the website. Once a login has been effectual, no refunds are available.

Sleepnannies - Parent Telephone Consultations
A minimum 24 hours notice is required to reschedule a booked and confirmed appointment. If less than 24 hours notice or if the sleep nanny / consultant calls and the client is unavailable at the time of the booked call, the missed call is chargeable. Once a consultation commences, no refunds will be available for non completion, for any reason whatsoever. Prior to commencement of the programme, 3 working days notice is required to cancel the booking in order to receive a full refund. For cancellations of less than 3 working days a £29.99 administration fee will be due. For clients purchasing the Parenting Package of 12 months or 12 calls, in the event of a refund request clients will be charged at the normal consultation rate of £59.99 per call used to date, with any balance of the initial fee paid being refunded thereafter.

Sleepnannies - Private Home Visits Should The Sleep Nanny cancel or fail to take up an appointment, the agency will refund the deposit paid in full.

Day Visit Cancellation Policy.  A full refund or reschedule at no cost is offered for all cancellations that are greater than 7 days from the date of the visit. If the cancellation period is within 7 days of start date the cancellation fee will be the agency booking fee paid.  If the cancellation period is within 3 days of start date the cancellation fee will be the agency booking fee and 50% of the deposit paid.

Overnight Visit Cancellation Policy. A full refund or reschedule at no cost is offered for all cancellations that are greater than 28 days from the date of the visit. If the cancellation period is within 28 days of start date, the cancellation fee will be £49.99 If the cancellation period is within 21 days of start date the cancellation fee will be 50% of the deposit paid.  If the cancellation period is within 14 days of start date the cancellation fee will be 75% of the deposit paid. If the cancellation period is within 7 days of start date the cancellation fee will be the full deposit paid.

Other Cancellation terms.
(A) If the client commences with, but does not complete the booked visit for any reason whatsoever, no refund or partial refund of the deposit paid will be made. Furthermore any hours in attendance that exceed 4 hours will be due for payment at the rate of £79.99  per hour for a booked day visit, and £20.00 per hour for a booked overnight visit as well as any agency booking fee and the travel fee.

(B) If The Sleep Nanny cancels during the course of the booking, then any monies will be refunded from the deposit paid at the hourly rate of £79.99 per hour for a booked day visit or £20.00 per hour for a booked overnight visit.  If the hours already in attendance exceed the value of the deposit, any additional hours will be due for payment at the above day visit or overnight visit rate. No part of any agency booking fee or the travel fee is refundable. Please note for overnight visits the first 4 hours in attendance will be calculated at the day visit rate of £79.99 per hour.

(C) If the child has been unwell within 72 hours of the arrival of a sleep consultant. The family must advise sleepnannies immediately and reschedule the booking. A fee of £49.99 will be applied each time a booking is rescheduled. If the consultant arrives to an unwell child, the consultant will terminate the booking and any agency fee and deposit paid will be forfeit as well as the full travel cost.

Sleepnannies - Emergency Nanny
Once the client has agreed a start date with the emergency day nanny, the client agrees to pay the minimum 5 hour deposit fee. Should the nanny fail to take up an appointment, we will refund the deposit made in full. For all cancellations in excess of 7 days a full refund or reschedule will be offered. For all cancellations with less than 7 days notice a cancellation fee of £29.99 will be due. Cancellation fees must be paid prior to rescheduling another visit. If another visit is not rescheduled within 7 days the cancellation fee will be deducted from the booking payment made and the balance of the payment will be refunded, back to the card used during the original transaction.

Nannies UK - Nanny to Family matching
There are no costs when registering for this service. Once the client has agreed and accepted a candidate for their employment, either the 4 week trial booking fee or processing fee (dependant on area) will be due within 7 days of notification in order to secure the candidate. The remainder of the permanent fee is due only after completion of the 4 week trial period by the employee. If the employee continues their employment after the 4 week trial period the permanent fee will then be due within 7 days, by cheque or BACS transfer. If the employee fails to start the 4 week trial a full refund of either the processing or temporary fee will be made. If the employee fails to complete the 4 week trial, any  full weeks of trial fees paid will be refunded to the client. No refunds will apply for non completion of the 4 weeks trial from the processing fee paid. If the client decides not to proceed further with a search at anytime The client is able to cancel this agreement without penalty

Nannies UK - Pay as you go service A full refund is available at anytime without penalty subject to the client not being emailed any candidate details or an interview or reference check being completed by the agency of any candidate requested.

Nannies UK - Advertising
The client is able to cancel the instruction to publish an advert at anytime without penalty. If the advert has not been published, a full refund will be made to the card used during the transaction. No refunds are available once the advert has been published.

Nannies UK - First Aid Course
For anyone booking a first aid course we offer a full  refund if your cancellation is not less than 21 days before the course start date. If it is less than 21 days the full fee is payable.
