Stage 1 -  £19.99 per candidate.

We first email you brief details of the most recent candidate(s) that match your criteria submitted,. Nannies that have registered in the last 90 days or are still actively seeking employment in your area. We will also advertise your vacancy on our jobs board and other reputable jobs boards.  If we do not have any candidate details to send you within 30 days, of your registration, we will arrange a full refund to be made to the card used. (Pro rata refunds will be made if for example you select 3 candidates and we are only able to send 2)

Details will include a summary of the candidates qualifications, previous experience & preferences. Details will only be sent of candidates that we have spoken with regarding your vacancy & they are actually interested in pursuing the enquiry further. Some candidates may already have had extensive discussions with ourselves, and  with these, we would also be able to telephone you to advise further details known. If you have already identified a candidate through other sources, we can offer the remaining stages of service.

Stage 2 - £99.99 per candidate. You can then instruct us to personally interview a  specific candidate and produce an interview checklist, matched against your advised criteria. We will also telephone you post interview, if requested, to discuss the interviewer's comments and to answer any questions that you may have. We will then email you:

1. Interview checklist & Interviewer's opinion
2. Curriculum Vitae
3. Certificates (Such as Professional training, CRB, First Aid, Hygiene - as available)
4. Identity Check (Copy of passport and drivers licence)

After the completion of stage 2 we will advise you of the employee's contact details and the prospective employer is not obligated to use any further agency service. We aim to interview candidates within 7 days of your payment. You are then able to contact the candidate direct & arrange a meeting with you and your family. Alternatively you can request that we proceed with stages 3 or 4 before you decide to meet the candidate, at anytime thereafter. Or if you prefer you can complete the necessary checks yourself.

Stage 3 (Optional) £69.99 per candidate. You can then instruct us to check 2  references for a candidate and produce a referral checklist. We aim to reference check candidates within 7 days of your instruction.

Stage 4 (Optional) £99.99 per candidate. You can then instruct us to arrange a CRB Enhanced Disclosure for a candidate (please note this process can take up to 6 weeks)

Do the maths: 19.99 X 3 candidate details + 99.99 interview one candidate = only £160 or add a £69.99 reference check + £99.99 CRB check = £330 in total versus the traditional agency placement fee of approximately £1000, you save between £700 - £840
