This OFSTED course is designed for nannies
working with children that are required to register for
childcare vouchers or tax credits. The course meets the
requirements for
OFSTED (OCR)
Ofsted Voluntary Childcare Register. Nannies
can register under the voluntary option.
The first aid course is suitable for nannies
seeking child care approval status through the
voluntary registration with Ofsted. There is no final exam.
Those nannies who complete the course and are deemed to have
reached the required standard are issued with a certificate on
the day, that is currently valid for three years.
The training will include a
sufficient level of practical training
Resuscitation and other
equipment will include baby, and junior models as appropriate
