The full permanent fee
is due only after completion of a 4 week trial period by the employee. A
temporary placement fee will be invoiced or charged to a debit or
credit card at the weekly fee applicable, at the start
of the trial period for the total 4 week period and must be paid in
full prior to commencement of the trial.
If the employee
continues their employment after the 4 week trial period the
difference of any temporary fees paid against the published
permanent fee will then be due immediately.
If the client decides
after the 4 week trial period that the employee is not suitable for
their needs, then we recommence our search for a new candidate and
the client has only paid out the standard temporary placement fee.
If the employee fails to complete the 4 week trial, any full weeks
will be refunded to the client.
This trial period
selection method ensures that the most appropriate candidate is
chosen by the family and avoids the need for messy and complicated
refund structures as adopted by other agencies.
No additional VAT
is applicable to the fees below
There is no cost to
view CV's or interview candidates.
